Home Work Package Description
Work Package 1 aims to identify the needs and opportunities of 5.0 KSC deployment as well as the requirements for certification teaching content. This includes analyzing the drivers of 5.0 transition in the Green, Resilient and Human-Centric dimensions. Finally, there is a focus on identifying the organizational requirements for collaborative spaces and community management facilities, so that best practices, ideas and experiences can be shared.
Work Package 2 is responsible for the trans-sectorial EU infrastructure of the VCC boosters and catalyzers as well as the implementation of physical and virtual resources. Moreover, this Work Package aims to adapt and extend the laboratory infrastructure to support the e-platform. It also focuses on the animation and management of a community platform and includes the management of the associated Community of Knowledge and Practices.
Work Package 3 is responsible for the evaluation of appropriate blended learning approaches to support KSC development and the definition of a generic open badge certification with flexible learning paths. It also focuses on the production of educational material and definition of the certification delivery process. Finally, this Work Package identifies community mechanisms to ensure competence recognition, through the Community of Practice.
Work Package 4 focuses on making the Student Catalyzers ready to use in academic institutions and is responsible for the organization and delivery of the Student Innovation Award. Moreover, it encompasses the certification delivery for academic students in Bachelor, Master and PhD programs.
Work Package 5 is responsible for creating various vocational curricula in partner countries and the local implementation of all educational material and tools. It also handles the communication of the certification offer to all interested learning groups. Finally, it aims to deliver teachings via the blended learning approach and deliver open badge to the certified trainees.
Work Package 6 is responsible for the trans-sectorial promotion activities shared by all boosters and the identification of specific sectorial added-value for each national booster. Moreover, it manages the deployments of booster’s activities in healthcare, the manufacturing industry and agri-food. It also organizes Innovation Webinars for sectorial and trans-sectorial knowledge transfers.
Work Package 7 is responsible for creating a marketing strategy for project-related activities and outputs. It also focuses on interactive methods and tools to support business transformation and co-creation as well as supporting the development of the Community of Practice. Using labs for innovation capabilities in 5.0 organizations is also a part of this Work Package.
Work Package 8 is focused on the administrative management of the project. This includes the definition of the Quality Assurance & Risk Management Plan as well as daily coordination of Work Packages and data exchanges. Furthermore, this Work Package also manages technical, educational and scientific issues as well as intellectual property, privacy and ethical issues.
